Terms of Use

1. Don't rely on Nagbird for anything critical

We work hard to remind you on time, but reminders can be late or missed: your device may be offline or asleep, notifications may be blocked, a push or email service may fail, or our server may be down. Don't use Nagbird as your only reminder for medication, health, safety, legal or financial deadlines, or anything else where a missed reminder could cause harm.

2. Your account

3. Your content

Your reminders are yours. You give us permission only to store, process and send them as needed to run Nagbird for you (for example to the push service or webhooks you turn on). See the Privacy Policy for details.

4. Fair use

Please don't:

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things.

5. The service

6. Leaving

You can download your data and delete your account at any time in Settings. Deleting is immediate and permanent (backups roll off within about a week).

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. If you keep using Nagbird after that, the new terms apply.
